Background Due to the growth of the Russian-speaking community in Calgary, both Canadians and East European customers have shown a great deal of interest in the former USSR cuisine items. Skazka serves a variety of traditional dishes of such countries as Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukrain, Belarus and other republics of former Soviet Union.

Services The restaurant has private rooms available for parties, business meetings, banquets and weddings. Skazka Lounge invites customers into the world of sports and one of the best European beer selections in Calgary. Location, Hours & Contact Information Skazka Restaurant & Bar is located in one of the city's heritage buildings (515 - 1st Street SE) which makes the experience more exciting. The restaurant is open for Lunch Mon-Fri: 11:30-14:30, Dinner Tue-Th: 17:30-22:00 and Dinner Fri-Sat: 17:30-Midnight. Skazka is closed on Sunday and Monday evening.
